Ian joined Argenta Discovery as Chairman following the merger with Etiologics in October 2004.
He has broad experience of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food science and agrochemicals sectors and he has held a number of senior roles in industry and Government.
He was previously Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Etiologics and has worked at Board level for a number of public and private pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies including Ardana Bioscience Ltd, Roslin Bio-Med Ltd, Biofocus plc and Imutran Ltd.
He has been closely involved in private fund raising, executing a number of high-profile deals with international pharmaceutical companies and developing successful strategies for growth.
