Paul Clewlow
Paul Clewlow is Argenta's Senior Vice-President of Business Development.
Paul has more than 18 years of scientific and business development experience gained in the oil, fine chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Before joining Argenta, he spent five years as Business Development Director at Pharmaceutical Profiles and was a member of the Board that took the company to a successful MBO in January 2005. Prior to Pharmaceutical Profiles, he was Head of Business Development at Medeval, Business Development Manager at Ultrafine Chemicals and held a number of research and technical sales positions with increasing responsibility at Exxon Chemical.
Paul is a synthetic organic chemist by training, gaining his BSc
(Hons.) at the University of Leicester and a PhD at the University of
Wales. He went on to undertake post-doctoral research at Arizona State
University in Phoenix and the Eidgenösische Technische Hochschule
(ETH) in Zürich.
